Hi, “I’m Jade, a 200 HR certified yoga teacher.

After diving into yoga a few years ago, I fell in love with how it improved my strength, flexibility, and endurance. I completed my certification in 2022, and now I’m passionate about sharing the practice with others—whether through one-on-one sessions or small group events.Vinyasa is my main practice, though I’m always exploring and learning other styles to provide a well-rounded experience for you.Whether you’re new to yoga or want to deepen your practice, I’m here to guide you. Get ready to flow, groove, and sweat to the best 90s R&B hits in this laid-back Vinyasa class! Whether you’re new to yoga or a seasoned pro, this session is perfect for all levels. We’ll be moving through a fun Vinyasa flow designed to build strength and flexibility, all while jamming to smooth R&B beats. 😎What to Expect:
A Fun, Feel-Good Vinyasa Flow:
We’ll get a little sweaty, but nothing too intense—just enough to feel good and get your body moving!
Cool Vibes & Smooth Tunes:
Think Aaliyah, Boyz II Men, SWV, and all your favorite 90s jams to keep the energy high and the mood relaxed.
Cooldown & Stretch: We’ll end with a soothing cooldown to help you unwind and find some peace after the fun.
